The complex houses two different sizes of one bed apartment.  The 60m apartment, ideal for singles, couples or a small family, is compact, well furnished & extremely functional.  The 70m apartment has a larger living room & would accommodate a family of four very comfortably.  The ground floor apartments have either a terrace or garden area & the upper floor a French balcony.
